As a registered social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals through complex challenges, Jenn brings a thoughtful, client-centred approach to her practice. Currently completing her master’s in social work, Jenn combines evidence-based therapeutic modalities with a compassionate, strengths-based perspective to facilitate meaningful change. Jenn empowers clients to navigate their mental health journeys with confidence and resilience. Through individualized treatment plans, she integrates cognitive-behavioural therapy, dialectical behaviour therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy to address a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, and substance use disorders. She also uses motivational interviewing and mindfulness-based practices to foster self-awareness and promote wellness. Psychoeducation is central to her approach, as equipping clients with essential coping skills and practical tools is key to promoting long-term mental well-being. Jenn is passionate about creating a therapeutic space that inspires hope, builds resilience, and supports clients in realizing their potential for positive change.
