Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback is a type of biofeedback known as “brain training,” for all ages. This is not a treatment or a cure, but a non-invasive technology that uses EEG (electroencephalogram) to read the brain’s electrical activity. This technology provides real-time feedback about what and where your brain activity is. Over time, as we experience life and endure physical and emotional injury and trauma, our brains can become dysregulated. Through the natural desire for the central nervous system to come into balance, Neurofeeedback is designed to notice these dysregulations and will help train the brain to break up ‘stuck patterns’ and reach the desired balance. The brain will learn to harmonize itself and self-regulate.

Neurofeedback helps individuals suffering from anxiety, depression, PTSD, stress, Autism, concussions, tinnitus, sleep disorders, and more. Every individual brain is different, which means training plans will vary.
