Brad hopes to join you in creating an environment where openness and exploration is safe. His approach in therapy is one of respect, empathy, and recognizing the uniqueness of every individual and circumstance. Brad has gained experience as a registered social worker over the years treating individuals, couples, and families with issues such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, sexual and gender identity and couple and/or family dynamics. Brad will provide both short- and long-term counselling drawing from a variety of therapeutic models including: cognitive-behavioural, solution-focused, emotion-focused, mindfulness-based, and narrative approaches. Regardless of the need for therapy or the modality chosen, it is always Brad’s goal to aid in the process of self-discovery leading to empowerment, clarity, and authentic life opportunities.
