Fees and Cancellation Policy
Our Fees
Fees for counselling and psychotherapy start at $155 and will vary depending on the services needed.
For geriatric, ADHD and psychiatry support, please contact the office for further information regarding fees.
We do not direct bill insurance companies. Payment is due upon completion of your session and can be paid through credit card. At this time, you will be provided with a receipt to use in order to file your claim with your insurance company (if applicable). Social Work and Psychotherapy services are normally covered by most extended benefits plans; please contact your insurance provider to determine what services you are covered for.
Professional services with designation of Registered Social Worker (RSW), Master of Social Worker (MSW), and/or Registered Psychotherapist (RP) may be claimed as a medical expense on your income taxes.
Cancellation Policy
Your scheduled appointment is reserved for you. We require 24 hours notice in advance of your session for cancellation. Please be advised we also require notice to be given during our office hours and that emails, calls or texts after hours will not be taken into account.
Office Hours:
Monday – Friday: 9 am – 5 pm
Saturday: 9 am – 1 pm
Sunday: Closed
A full service charge will be applied if proper notice is not given.
We can offer virtual or telephone sessions to avoid the fee. We will allow some flexibility if an emergency arises.
