For clients who have already completed their initial assessment and diagnosis with Peggy Rice, NP, or have a pre-existing dementia diagnosis from another healthcare provider, our dedicated follow-up care provides a safe, consistent space to anchor your progress. We are here to ensure that your treatment plan remains effective, supportive, and aligned with your family’s current reality.
