Jessica is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) originally from Alberta, with immigrant parents who instilled in her a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and resilience. She is committed to supporting individuals aged 16 and older in navigating life’s challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief, domestic violence, immigration-related stress, and substance use disorders.
Jessica takes an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), psychodynamic theories, internal family systems (IFS), and somatic therapy. Jessica believes that healing requires a multi-faceted approach and tailors her work to meet the unique needs of each individual.
Jessica also incorporates spirituality and self-compassion work in her practice, empowering clients to reconnect with their inner selves and cultivate the resilience needed to navigate life’s challenges. She integrates solution-focused strategies to help clients set achievable goals and gain practical tools for managing stress and emotional difficulties.
With a warm and compassionate approach, Jessica is dedicated to helping clients build a strong sense of self and self-worth and offering a safe, supportive space for growth and transformation.
