Geriatric services is a specialized field of therapy focused on addressing the unique mental health needs of older adults. It encompasses a range of therapeutic approaches designed to help seniors cope with issues such as depression, anxiety, cognitive decline, grief, and the emotional challenges associated with aging. Our Gerontologist is trained to understand the complexities of aging, including the social, psychological, and physical changes that come with it. We will provide tailored geriatric therapy that will aim to enhance emotional well-being, foster resilience, and promote a fulfilling and meaningful life for older adults.

Help individuals 65+ reduce the risk for disease and disability through strategies to maintain physical and cognitive function and independence as they age. Promoting empowerment of the aging process to continue living an enriched life.

Complex Healthcare Planning

For those 65+ living with disease and disability needing support navigating their condition and what that may look like. Preparing and empowering those living with chronic disease and disability to gain control of their healthcare planning.

Dementia Supports

Preparing and empowering the caregiver with knowledge and strategies to best support the evolving needs of the individual through their diagnosis, reducing the caregiver burden, and supporting continued quality of life.
