Amy is passionate and driven to help people live the best life they can as they age. Amy has her Masters in Gerontology and a Post Graduate Certificate in Therapeutic Recreation. She brings with her 10+ years of experience working with the geriatric population and their families supporting dementia care, transitional planning and supports, end of life planning, and social prescribing with an overarching theme of quality of life. Amy focuses on building knowledge and understanding allowing people to feel empowered to make choices as they journey through their latter portion of life.
