Individual Therapy

Couples Therapy

Love and connection is a basic need and something we all strive for. Relationships are also very complex. If you and your partner are struggling to communicate and are becoming less unified and more distant, couples therapy can aid you in rebuilding a healthy relationship. Couples therapy can explore different attachment styles, support conflict resolution, and deepen emotional bonds.

Family Therapy

Each family is unique. Our upbringings shape our ideals of parenting. In family therapy sessions, we will explore how family members impact one another. Meeting as a family aims to find ways to communicate effectively while respecting and handling difficult situations.

Child Therapy

Therapy for children uses play as a means of communication and expression. It is based on the idea that children naturally use play to explore their world, express their thoughts and feelings, and work through difficult experiences. This type of therapy also allows children to communicate their inner thoughts and emotions non-verbally, making it easier for them to express themselves and work through their struggles.
