With 20 years of dedicated experience working with children, adolescents, and their families, I am passionate about providing compassionate and effective mental health care. My approach is rooted in empathy, respect, and honesty, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for my clients. Throughout my career, I have worked with individuals facing a variety of challenges, including eating disorders, anxiety, depression, suicidal ideations, emotional dysregulation, and obsessive-compulsive tendencies. I adopt an eclectic approach, tailoring my methods to best suit each client’s unique needs and circumstances. I am proficient in several therapeutic techniques, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapy (SFT), and emotion-focused therapy (EFT). Additionally, I provide psychoeducation to help clients obtain essential coping skills and tools. My goal is to facilitate positive change and improvement through individualized treatment plans, fostering resilience and promoting mental well-being. My extensive experience and commitment to continuous learning allow me to support my clients effectively, helping them navigate their mental health journeys with confidence and hope.
